Ok well I am sure I will be educated as to how exactly it works
Ok, well, I am sure we wouldnt dare now ! :laugh3:

There's always one!  :P
Mechanical issues can be solved with a hammer and electrical problems can be solved with a screw driver. Beyond that it's verbal abuse which makes trains work!!

Ahh well the only plus is hopefully I have ran him up a little for his troubles!
That's the thought which kept me motivated. I'm pretty sure I managed to manually outbid a sniping program once, mind.

Do I spy "another one" ?

Acko there is no point in getting wound up about ebay ! Like the Big Bang, it happens, or did.

It wound me up there and then. But now I am just thinking at least I didnt pay the £95 per model he did!! :bounce: Double what it was going for in the final ten seconds!!

Just means I have to find something else to treat myself too.......

Apart from that I will find another treat although the other bloke may be a little angry just short of £300 for models he was hoping to snipe for a lot less!  ;D

What makes me really really angry about ebay is , ,
how everyone finds the time to prowl ebay finding all these putative(?) bargains
it's all beyond me how y'all manage it  :)

Now that the baby is sleeping through the night, my Ebay hunting days are effectively over.

Easily fixed.
Just take about a year though. :D
To be called pompous and arrogant - hell of a come down.
I tried so hard to be snobbish and haughty.

At present, I try to go through the new items for Farish & Dapol daily just to see what I may've missed in previous years in the online shops.

No purchases yet though, and unlikely to buy anything at the price I'd have to pay for delivery here.  :o

Also get a laugh out of some listings like the Farish Cornflat triple pack.  They haven't been re-listed recently so the harvesting season must be over.
