@Newportnobby that's good to read. Using it myself and there is no sticking... flowing like water but I do not use the site as intensively as you good people so all your feedback is appreciated.

@NGFTech - No slow loading here today. Hopefully your fix is working! What was the fix?

I have just logged in and the site is that fast, it ovetook me! Whatever you have done @NGFTech , it seems to be working well. 

Sorry about my last post Tank (Chris) I was getting a little frustrated. Things seem to be improving today, hope the slow loading problems are over, thanks for your efforts. Chris H.

Yes I definitely experienced the problem of it not redirecting back to the post with the BB code inserted.  I did discover the post was there in my gallery so just copied the BB code over.

@ntpntpntp yes, mentioned this earlier as one of the things to be fixed as a result of making things faster. For now please use the "reply" button rather than the quick reply.

This suggests That the new version has a Captcha for new members??

LOL  Glad you saw that.  There is an issue with the adverts and banners appearing on the right.  I'm hoping to have that fixed this week by NGF Tech, though he needs the developers of the Ads modification to work with him on it.

I will also ask NGF Tech to reinstate our preferred buttons/links at the top of the forum for Unread Post etc, like it used to be, but in the same place as now.

used to stay logged in forever, but with the recent problems have been logging in, reading what I wanted, and then logging out again.

third log in today, and warp speed 

did notice earlier there were 1026 guests and 59 users, but this did not seem to be causing the slowness we were becoming used to.
wonder how many of the 1026 were actually guest, and how many botskis.

regardless, a massive improvement, ans a big    to those responsible.

Hi there is there anyway to reinstate the old way of logging out. The new way ie clicking on your name then click log out seems a little long winded, especially when the site was running slow. Hopefully that will not happen again, but you never know. Any way thanks for efforts. Chris H.
