Fishing Boats

Has anyone any experience of  Hydrastone Waterline models ?

I need a couple of fishing boats for a new harbour scene and these seem to fit the bill.
They look OK on the face of it.
Alternatively, can anyone suggest an alternative source for fishing boats or small trawler type boats ?

Tomix/Tomytec have some Japanese ones. They look to me very much like British ones but then I know nothing about boats

That plaster cast boat looks very crudely made, it appears to be like a lobster boat , very simple in design.
I think you could scratchbuild a better one from balsa and card . Langley models sell a puffer kit  , small
cargo boat which is not too unlike an old steam trawler, but it costs about £30.

If you're looking for a larger, oceangoing trawler, Revell produce a plastic "North Sea Trawler" kit which is around 1/144 scale. It's a fairly typical example of the sort of vessel that would be fishing out of British ports in the 1960s and 70s. The kit isn't always available at retail, but second-hand examples are fairly common on eBay.
Heller (French plastic kit manufacturer) also produced a number of kits of more modern Continental trawlers, such as the "Bodasteinur" and "Roc Amadour"; these are 1/200 scale but would probably fit in with an N gauge layout. Again not too hard to find on eBay. There are also numerous modern(ish) tugboats available as kits from Revell and Heller.

Boat/ship modelling is another interest of mine and I would probably have fitted a harbour scene on my layout if I'd had the space!

I thought the plaster kit looked a bit crude. Thanks to everyone for ideas/suggestions. I think I'll go for the scratch build option and see what it turns out like.
