New loco
« on: May 21, 2012, 01:34:10 pm »
Received my first UM loco today, a Drummond T9 4-4-0, solid little beast,
had never seen  a UM model before! Ran it on a test track as still building layout.
Great slow running , had it doing scale speed of approx 5-10mph very smoothly.

Must start saving for next one!

Has anyone got a link to the UM web site, please? I've had a go with google, but no luck.

I dropped Colin a line and he sent me a jpg of his prices. They look very reasonable. As soon as I sort out what I want, I send him an order. Thanks for the info Allan.
