N Monorail (that works)
« on: November 08, 2018, 06:40:28 pm »
I'm posting this photo as a tease and I will post more in a few days.  The important thing is it works and if the performance when fully built is good enough I might get some track printed by Shapeways with the rails integrated.

Basically its a narrow gauge railway using TGauge track, motors and coach bogies.  The question I have still to confirm is how many motors will i need.

Yes but it makes it so much easier. :D

The trick will be to get the concrete beam track with the code 40 steel rail threaded into it as flush as possible so it looks as if its the power pickup the monorails typically have.
