I Really like this cab ride videos.  Very nice!

My favourite types are the ones taken from a flat wagon behind the loco, so that you can see the engine pulling the train.  It's great too when a train comes in the other direction.  Just a thought in case you are thinking of making any more..... ::)

After the success with Malc's camera I invested in one myself.

Sadly there was a really bad colour cast, turning greens to various shades of mauve/purple.

A significant number of emails from me to the aforementioned ebayer has me still awaiting a replacement or refund. The latest news is they will send me a new one 'in 2 days'. I shall report back.

My much older alternative has failed to fire up so nothing more to show just now.  :(

Hi Dave and Malc,

Just wanted to say that I really enjoyed your video and layout.

I still can't believe that it is N Gauge!  It was easy to see that it was a model, but there was nothing to give away the scale for me.  It must be a combination of a good layout, good camera, and editing/production!
