Hi Mike, Ben

Do you have a rough idea when you will be sending out invoices to those of us who only paid a deposit? Are we looking at a couple of weeks or a couple of months?

Steven B

I won't mind waiting a few weeks as I will be going on holiday soon

Regards,

Alex

A friend has picked up mine from DEMU as Iím on holiday. Hopefully Iíll have time to weather them before the Exeter exhibition at the end of the month.
Iíll just have the three heading west in a train consisting of mostly vans. Perhaps carrying fuel for Laira and Long Rock.

My triple pack arrived today and I have to say these are simply the most exquisite models I have ever purchased (CJM included). You have outdone yourselves chaps.

So glad I weakened and got these as they are not really what I would have purchased normally

Hi Paddy,

I hope you like your models when you receive them, though it's Mike doing the hard work with these ones!

Cheers

Ben A.

My Esso and Molasses tanks arrived yesterday to go along with the Charringtons. As others have said, they are simply superb. Fabulous detail, nicely weighted and run beautifully.
Once again a huge thank you to Mike and Ben for delivering these. A lot of hard work and really appreciated.
I only wish the HOAs were on the horizon, but they are probably over 2 years away. Still, plenty of other Revolution models to enjoy in the meantime.
Cheers,
Ged.

Hi Ged

Re the HOAs (and with apologies for thread drift) but the CADs have been complete for some time; we have just been waiting to finalise tooling and production costs with Rapido.

To be fair, we haven't really pushed them as we felt that with the IZA and KFA order books closing last month, and later this month, respectively then our customers might appreciate a breather!

We expect to open the HOA order book in the next few weeks and get tooling started once enough orders are in, not least because I am really looking forward to these ones too!

cheers

Ben A.

Finally got to run these yesterday, out of the 36 i had 2 couplings that needed re alining and one buffer which had come lose but was still in the box, so not bad at all. Straight out of the box these ran well, although a train of 30 of them was on the limit of what the class 40 could pull around the curves at the end of the layout.

As i have already said well done to all involved in these fantastic wagons, now to have them weathered.

36!  Wow, looks amazing but a small fortune in that rake.  ;)

You'll need to take a couple off and put some barrier vehicles in... :)

...but nice train, nice-looking layout it's on, too.

I received my 3 tank wagons !
Two from Revolution and 1 from Osborn because I realised too late that a third one was "mandatory".  :D
I have 1 ESSO, 1 Regent and 1 UM. They look really great ! I'm much impressed. They are amongst the loveliest wagons I have.
Bravo to Revolution Trains ! :thankyousign:

I'll try to post some photos later.

These locos and wagons are looking for a new home! (updated on 23 August 2018 - new items!)

- Union Mills, 0-6-0 3F steam locomotive in LMS crimson (N gauge)
- Graham Farish 374-132, Mk1 GUV in BR blue Ďexpress parcelsí (N gauge)

Agree with Talisman... Great pic but you need the barrier wagons!

I've been guilty of the same sort of photos. ;)
