I hadn't realised that I'd ordered 14....  But I must have, as they arrived today and they all look wonderful.  I'm especially pleased that I added the 4 UM examples to my order.  They are rather colourful and will make a Rule 1 appearance whenever possible.  Jon

I keep opening boxes that I haven’t looked at for years and finding things then wondering when/ why did I buy that!!

Mine have arrived too, now. I can't wait to get them on the layout!! The detail really is something to behold.

Invoice received and hopefully paid, the form seemed to time out after submission, no Bad Gateway error though... Order placed on May 1st 2017.

Mine have arrived and they really do live up to what everyone has written about them. Simply superb.

A special train of "ESSO" Class B tankers with barrier vans, headed by an 'N' Class 2-6-0 arrives at Cant Cove ready to be shunted into the headshunt then taken by the 'Z' Class 0-8-0T up the Castle branch.

[One single tanker plus one triple pack. They are beautiful models.]

Close-up of the single tanker used to bring diesel loco. fuel to both Cant Cove and Penmayne on alternate weeks, from Plymouth Friary.

[The triple pack, I will keep one and sell the other two as I can only justify two but differently numbered.]

Hi all,  received and paid my invoice today, placed my order in October 2017 just prior to the order book closing.  I'm as happy as a seagull who just stole a chip, really looking to receiving them.
Regards, Ken.

Sorry been away for the last 5 days.

As explained on our website:

- the orders are being processed in order of receipt (though I try to combine multiple orders together - though I do miss multiples sometimes)
- orders paid in full (if there were no part paid orders as well) have all gone out.
- once you get an invoice and have paid it then I mark it as paid "processing" on our website (when I get the chance!)
- once your order is marked as "complete" that means it has been packed and handed over to the RM (and should be with you a few days later)

I process the orders (both invoices and packing them) in batches and frankly it takes up pretty much all of my spare evenings! After 5 days away from home I've got a small backlog of invoices to mark as paid and then parcels to pack but that will be cleared this week.

Cheers, Mike

I paid for my order in full but haven't received anything - I also sent a PM to @red_death with my order number but had no reply as yet - can you let me know the status of my order please? Thank you.

I think this is covered by this post:

So you can check yourself.

I've also checked my credit card online, and can see the transaction there.

Yes that was the post I quoted - double checked my payment card and the payment had gone through, on my account page it says processing - I paid in full.

If it hasn't been sent then no worries - I was just checking as Mike said all orders paid in full had been sent out and just assumed it would have arrived by now.

Hi

When you say paid in full was this at the time of the original order or did you pay a deposit and you have now paid your balance in full?

If you paid in full at time of original order then I believe yours should have been posted according to the post from Mike.

Cheers

Paul

It was paid in full when I originally placed the order.

Admittedly I placed the order right on the deadline, so I appreciate mine would be in the last batch to be sent out, but as I paid in full and Mike mentioned that all the orders that have been paid in full have been sent out, I thought I might of received it by now, it might of slipped through the net but just wanted to make sure one will be en route soon.

Finally got to open my triple pack of UM tankers this morning! (They were a birthday present, so they have been squirrelled away for a couple of months awaiting the appropriate day.) Every bit as good as I was led to believe!

Thanks Ben and Mike and everyone else involved in this project - you have done a fantastic job.

Cheers,

Chris

@NewbieN - I haven't had a PM from you.  Please could you try again and let me know your name so that I can check what has happened to your order.

I think that I've sent out all the invoices for balance payments though I'm sure that I will have missed a few - I'll do checks and chasers over the next couple of weeks.  If you were expecting an invoice and haven't received one then please check your Spam box or any old email address if you've changed it, and if nothing then please drop me an email or PM.

I've got about 75 orders to pack and post (plus however many remain unpaid - not so many now).  The pile of boxes is rapidly shrinking...just in time for the 4mm TEAs and 2mm IZAs to arrive ;-)

Cheers, Mike
