I'm doing a small lay layout i found on the internet and should only fill 70 * 32 cm or 28 x 13 inch.

For that layout I use:
Pos Itemno. Itemname no.. of tracks
1  1021 S140 N Tomix 8
2  1024 S70 N Tomix 1
3  1111a C103‑60 N Tomix 4
4  1112a C140‑60 N Tomix 4
5  1112b C140‑30 N Tomix 3
6  1231 PR140‑30 N Tomix 1
7  1232 PL140‑30 N Tomix 1
Total: 22

Even Space for an engine house for 2 trams.

It is a smaller version of this:

I presume it's for tram operations, given the OP in this thread. Anyway  :welcomesign:

Here's a tram-based layout using essentially the same plan, the page is Japanese but plenty of pictures: http://www.studio1023.jp/model/layout/l06_kogata/l06_kogata01.html

I did even write about an engine house for trams in my post and of course it is for trams in this thread!

TY for the bigger layout, those turnouts are killers though with the prices for Tomix in Europe.
