Heath Station
« on: February 08, 2015, 02:16:20 pm »
Hello all I'm in the early stages of planning a new layout which will feature a disused/closed station. I'm looking at several stations in the Derbyshire peak district but I'm also trying to gather info on the station that used to serve the village of Heath near Chesterfield as I live a stones throw from where the station was. Unfortunately I'm struggling to find much info or pics so far. My main source atm is this http://www.disused-stations.org.uk/h/heath/index.shtml Can anyone point me in the right direction for more information about the station? Thanks in advance for any help

Pete

Old Maps for 1899-1900 Derbyshire seems to show the line, although you'll probably have to pay to see the map in detail:
