Not got a layout, so am going to have to find some time when SWMBO is out and get my Kato track out for a test run.

I am trying to finalise a shelf design, so I can run trains round the room above door level. What worries me, is will I be able to see the trains running round!!!! There is nowhere else to put up anything in our one bedroom flat.

Pull out a chair and stand on it to view. :D
Geominster was my first project which has now been dismantled.

Having learnt so much from Geominster this is the new project.

I am #157 but it looks like all paid in one sum are being processed first, even the last special batch models.

It's logical as these don't require manual invoice matching as the software is on the blink.

Iíve been really happy with Pendolino. Revolution & Rapido have done a great job. Gives me the confidence now to invest in some of their other models.

Or Pendolino Jenga (Penga (TM)) which would no doubt lead to Snap. :'(

My order number was 397 and I was lucky to get mine on Wednesday ,I think that it was easier to send out those that were fully paid up and then work through the others  once they get the invoices sorted on the computer.
There is a clip of mine going at three quarters of its top speed on the facebook page ,thanks to Andrew Evans .He might be able to.put it on the main Forum tonight when he gets home from work.

435 here, but paid in two stages, so not expecting it. Interested someoneís had the City of Birmingham one, as Iím pretty confident I was among the first of those.

Not really an issue - theyíll get here at some point!

Pity us poor foreigners. The Rapido ones seem to be held up for around another 3 weeks.

I've also got a City Of Birmingham on order direct from Revolution, but I suspect that international orders will play second fiddle to domestic ones.

Having said that I wouldn't be surprised to see COB arrive here before my Rapido orders.

Regards,

John P
