Hello all,
Firstly, apologies for my lack of involvement lately. Last year my wife and I sadly lost our unborn baby at 20 weeks, and so we've had over 12 months of stress and other emotions. On the 21st of May we were blessed with a new addition to the family, a girl weighing 8lbs 1oz. She had breathing issues and was in special care.....so more worries!
Today she is FINALLY home with us and is doing very well. Her older brothers have really enjoyed seeing their new sister and have given her plenty of cuddles this evening!

Looking forward to normality......although I think she'll continue to be a handful! ;) ;D
Sweeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeet !
Congratulations!
:claphappy: Yes, much congrats! :beers:
I find that girls loose their breathing problems when they learn to say "daddy can I have some money" :D
Boys are easy, you don't know what you have done (yet).

Ooo, that was rough.
Thank you all very much for your comments! :)
No, no Network SouthEast blanket, but a cracking idea! :D
The shock of having to get up numerous times in the night has now hit, and the conveyor belt of coffee is in full motion!!!

But let me say it's great that after the problems and sorrow of the past months, you've got a lovely result.

Congrats, happy news after your sad loss.
Congratulations to you both! Life will never be the same again...
Our daughter-in-law had a miscarriage a couple of years ago but has since produced a beautiful baby boy. I think the heartache of the first enhanced the delight of the second for them, if you understand me. I'm glad it has worked out for you.
Best wishes,
Chris
Many congratulations to you both Chris. Hope the little ones problems are behind her now. All she has to worry about now is an over protective Dad! :beers:
Chris,
Great news and congratulations! Fortunately she doesn't look like her father..... yet ;D
Jon
Many congrats to all the family...

Congratulations. That is wonderful news.
My son, was born with breathing problems and was in an incubator for a week. Touch and go at the time.
You wouldn't know it now at 37 and six foot tall.
Hearty good wishes to you both.
Congratulations to both you and your wife Chris, your newest addition is a real beauty! :)
Many thanks again everyone, lovely messages. All of the family are really enjoying her being home, and her brothers are smitten. :)

Congratulations
Thanks again everyone. :)
Congrats TANK!
My little angel turned one on the 28th of May and is the main reason I have hardly said anything on here for a long time as well!
Congratulations to you both. She is gorgeous.
The first 25yrs are the worst, until they move back in!!
My own view is more like 35 - even if they don't move back in. Still, off to Berlin this week to see the lady in question!
