I recently got a Graham Farish 94xx to take the chassis from for a Langley LBSCR E2, what should I expect with building the kit?
If you intend to solder it, be warned White metal melts at between about 120 and 170 degrees Centigrade so a low melt solder (70 - 80 degree C melting point) is essential also a soldering iron that you can control the temperature down to 100 degrees C.
Otherwise an epoxy resin glue works, so does superglue.
One advantage of solder is you can disassemble easily in boiling water if you make a mistake or change your mind!
