Sounds interesting.

Any chance of a link, if one exists?

Dave G

Ah the famous "missing link", I've already got my coat on as going out for  :beers:

For that I'm telling everyone you've bought Mallard!  :nerner:

Happiness is - tightening the screw on a Peco terminal block for the seventeenth time - and this time the feed wire doesn't fall out as soon as you take your hand away.

is the one I got. Note the size of the connector on the bottom. It's not a special small connector its a special large lamp !

An early Christmas Present Chris?

It is just a bugger you have had to lay out this unexpected cash just before Christmas  :'(

On the brighter side at least you will have a super dooper whizzy fast machine  :D

cheers John.

Tank

Thanks gents!  I've had to sell a lot of things to get the money.

Still, it looks like a beast of a laptop.  I bought an MSI GE70 2OE-238UK.

For anyone who likes these things it has the following:- Intel Core i7 4700MQ 2.4GHz Processor, 8GB DDR3, 1TB HDD, Nvidia GeForce GTX 765M 2GB GDDR5 Graphics Card, USB 3.0, HDMI, Bluetooth, 4x 2W HD Speakers, DVD-RW, Windows 8.

daveg

That's a fair beastie you have there!

As John says 'a super dooper whizzy fast machine'.

Enjoy - try and keep this one dry!

After that you completely lost me :dunce:
Just hope it works OK and you haven't had to sell your soul/family* to get it
