Yes, Robert is right TPM used to do a conversion kit. You still TPM products in the odds boxes at exhibitions. Plus Daughters always seem to carry a lot of oddments - give them a phone call. BHE list MK245 Driving Brake Second on page 5 of their catalogue.

PHD do not list a conversion kit for the DBSO.  They may do a kit to order. From what the OP said I take it he wants a conversion kit for a Mk2 coach.  The CJM DBSO is a complete coach at 225!!!

Looking at the new shapeways site, the render design seems to now have developed a flaw so I've removed it whilst I look at the flaw.  I've printed it a few times without issue, but now shapeways changed their dimension thickness requirements it may have put it out of whack... I'll look tonight and rejig if necessary
