Supersuckers, "Paid" EP / mini album. Redneck garage rock / country. With a Steve Earle cover too! Marvellous original, marvellous cover.

As this is a family forum I am definitely NOT listening to a particular track of their "Sacrilicious Sounds of the Supersuckers" album.

Rock on.

A propos of my earlier post re the Supersuckers, I am now listening to my own mounting excitement at having booked to see them at the Leeds Brudenell in October. Favourite venue, favourite band of the moment.

As I said before, Rock On.

What a coincidence,  just been playing that. Ronno was a great guitarist and producer. A sad loss.
The years have been good to me, it was the weekends that did the damage.

Now on Led Zep's double CD The BBC Sessions.
Somewhat self indulgent but, boy, they were good.

Sator, "I Wanna Go Home", from their Headquake album of 1992.

Swedish rock, guitars and everything. It's not all Abba over there you know (but they did cover "Ring Ring", which is well worth a google too)

And the vid includes Phil Collins at 1:24 (really):

Amazingly, still on the go and still as loud as ever.
