Robbies Rolling Stock Coaches? How do they compare with RTR?

Straight to the point, I want a dinning car to go with my recent (2011 release) LMS stock from Graham Farish, I'm unlikely to get one from Farish and Robbies offer one.

The question is, how does a Robbies Rolling Stock coach compare to a plastic offering from Farish?

I know the PO wagons are transfers printed and applied to Peco wagons and they look the part, indistinguishable from Peco's own offerings and look great in a run of wagons from Dapol, Farish and Peco.

But how does a coach compare? The website only shows a mock up of the transfers with the windows part of the illustration, are the windows see-through (I know this would require detailing the inside of the coach to get the full effect) or are they printed onto the coach side?

Anyone got any photos?

I've not seen one of Robbies in the flesh, but based on experience of other printed sides (paper or acetate) the best look fine when in a rake with their own kind, but as soon as you mix them with other types e.g. R-T-R or etched brass sides, the difference becomes rather obvious...

I created a number of the TPO and MK1 Sleeping coaches a few years ago.  I worked with Robbie on getting a good colour match for the sleeping cars and they looked OK next to Farish MK1s.  You can see them here:

Hope this helps.
