Trainwest - 14-!5 April, Corsham

Does anyone know if the Trainwest layout list that's online is final?

I was surprised that there's so little N gauge representation ( one N & one 2mm). I seem to rememeber there being quite a lot last year.

Barring any last minute changes I'd assume is pretty much set by now.

But looking forward to the 2019 show, My layout is booked to appear...

And so ends the first day of this years Trainwest, I hope all those that have attended have had a good day.

On behalf of BMRG I have to apologise for the parking arrangements, unfortunately due to the inclement weather we experienced during the week, the Council decided to not allow us use of out usual car park, therefore the Springfield Centre tried valiantly to find alternative parking, unfortunately it was not totally adequate for the number of visitors.

Hopefully next year we will have better weather in the week before the show which will allow us access to the usual Car Parking facilities.

Regards

Neal Mansell

Yep, I enjoyed myself. I went down the advertised road for the parking, and passed a number of confused drivers, pulled in, not sure where to go. Fortunately, I managed to beat them to the car park! I guessed the weather would be the reason for the closed field.

This was my first visit, and I may well be back next year.
