I don't think Ron Bryant's 'Inversnecky and Drambuie Railway' had much to do with Lone star. OOO was the general description of all model railways around 2mm-Ft until the Germans renamed it 'N' scale in 1963. Allegedly Arnold coined the phrase having previously used OOO as well. Ron Bryan'ts layout was to finescale standards and was a progenitor to the modern 9.42mm gauge 2mmfs standards used by the 2mm Association.
