to hear that you are still very ill Peter and I am thinking of you and I wish I could do something to help ,but I know that there isn't , other than pray that your not in too much pain , don't be worried about taking all the pain killers that you need .

I think it's just nice to hear from you again despite the circumstances. It's like the voice of an old NGF friend coming through the ether.

I must say how very like you it was to graciously apologise when no apology was really necessary. As I think I've said before, what a true gentleman you are. If only there were more like you... it would be a far more pleasant world.

Sorry for the clichés and everything but it's all sincere.
