Ordered July 8 and received in California from The Signal Box (Rochester) exactly one week later, Modelzone special editions Class 24 and 08 in RTC livery.  On sale for £63 and £58, respectively, then less VAT, plus p+p.  Total was about £115.  They are lovely and run very well.

Very interesting :hmmm:
According to that list only 3 Westerns were painted green :confused1:
It calls into question the statement in my DVD and also means the current green one I have and the one on pre-order are going to be wrong.
Someone has to be wrong ???

I make it some more (a few of the later ones were initially green) - see the other pages of the list !

So.. I was looking at 03's at Hattons and thinking £50 is a lot for a little shunter... and then errr... I'm not sure what happened...  :-[
It's huge!  :o I'll tell you that for free... and can't complain at ordering on a Sunday, receiving on the Monday...

For my latest arrivals, I have to shift location from Reading and go back about a decade.

My latest arrivals... seen here around Paddington in the mid 1960s.  Both of these take me back in time to long before I was a trainspotter... and neither fits with my BR Blue era.  But I love them both...

The Midland Blue Pullman is probably making its only appearance before it gets converted into a Western Pullman with additional second class carriages and altered driving cars.  I'm waiting on some etched sides from Worsley Works and it remains to be seen how well the Grey/Blue Western Pullman turns out...

The red and blue brick wall has been made following the method of Chubber on the card building section of RMWeb.  I feel he should get the credit for the idea.

If you haven't seen what he has done in OO gauge - take a look!

My next arrival will be the RTC Class 24 that is on its way from The Signal Box at a knock down price of £59.  It will be photographed once I get RTC vinyls from Adam to make up a Trib Train...

All very nice, and I most definitely like the wall. That you for acknowledging the source in your post.

Looking good. I haven't seen 6 wheel tanks about before in "N", can I ask what make they are please?

Suspect they're Dapol NB115A -

Not being clever, just so happen to have the Dapol catalogue by my side and open on page 52!

There's 9 variations in their range of 6 wheelers, Trev.

For £50 with DCC onboard and a flashing light on the roof I'm not complaining...
Having to shim all of my OHLE masts so it will fit under them, that I will complain about  :smiley-laughing:
