Copied froma  post I put on facebook...

As some of you may know I have got a new day job. Whilst this does not stop me from modelling altogether it will impact it somewhat. I have made the decision to sell up at least temporarily. A quantity of my stock and the part finished New Street layout will be moving home shortly to join Apa Park and Apagele. Everything else is still up for sale. Once the new job settles down a little I may or may not return to modelling in my spare time (I will be doing it for my job anyway) so will assess my motivations again in the future. As it stands I would like to thank each and every one of you who has supported and encouraged me along the way. It has given me confidence to be able to accept my new role and I certainly hope I can make myself useful in the future. I would rather not discuss my new position in a public forum for various reasons but I can say it is a big step for me to make. Once again, thanks. I will still be around these parts if in more of an armchair position.

Starting a new job always involves a bit of stress regardless of what it is.

Good luck with your new job! I hope the new owner of "New Street" will post some photos of the layout's further progress - despite not being remotely my era of interest, I found your thread on RMWeb really interesting to read not to mention very inspiring in the way you captured the feel of a prototype location in such a compact space.
