It's a long walk over the from Germany.  :)
Some days its just not worth gnawing through the straps.

I dont have it to show yet, but I just scored an EMT powered class 156 with DCC fitted for 45 quid, pics forthcoming when it arrives

I finally managed to track down a LSWR loco for my matching vans, it's only taken about 3 years, but it was worth the wait, only £15 for a body, swapped onto an existing BR M7 I already had.

Caz

Nice, everything comes to those who wait and you've done your share.  ;)

Acquired a Dapol Swallow HST to replace a Farish one. Veritable bargain at 160 with an extra 2 coaches.

I know its not N gauge, but after a visit with the Domestic Overlord to a local box shifter, saw me walk away with amongst other things a box full of Hornby Dublo track.

140 pieces of track including 21 points and for a cost of around 28p per piece, it may be time to venture into the loft to survey my Dublo stock.

BARGAIN :)

So I have made progress with both ends of the metal lifecycle. I have some SPAs with the coils, and sorted out my scrap train too (Sans loads for now)!
The class 20 waiting for entry through the station, the 60 pootles on through out of town!

Following the LMS express day, I thought it was time for the great gathering 2.
