Strong bias towards N gauge in this month's RM - well worth a read!
;)

Just got mine this morning and had a quick skim whilst having breakfast in the supermarket café.
Great article on @Ollie3440 layout "Wenlock" and some other interesting N stuff

I think James Street is in this magazine as well.

Hello Bob;

'James St' certainly is in this month, as 'Railway of the Month'.

Photos taken by Peco/Steve Flint at Bristol this year.

Stuart will be uploading some soon from Bristol and Southwold.

Keep up the recovery!

Thanks Martyn ,Val is buying the Magazine for me today .
I'm feeling a lot better and stopped bleeding untill our little dog jumped up to give me a kiss and landed with her full weight where it hurt most. Now bleeding again a little bit but nothing to worry about  ,Thanks for thinking of me.

Yes indeed; what a lot of lovely British 'N' gauge in the magazine this month.  And, in many previous issues as well.

Mr Flint and the crew at Peco appear to be very supportive of our favourite scale.  If anyone from Peco is reading this: thank you!

I think we are fortunate to be in the midst of great times for 'N' with wonderful layouts, erudite authors, a supportive specialist press, good trade support and, of course, this Forum.

The Table-Top Railway is an attempt to create, in British 'N' gauge,  a 'semi-scenic' railway in the old-fashioned style, reminiscent of the layouts of the 1930s to the 1950s.

And, over the years, RM has found the forum to be a great source of worthy layouts to feature. I wish I had kept a list to show just how many :(

Buying a copy of the September Railway Modeller tomorrow. I was helping to operate James Street at the excellent Southwold Model Railway Exhibition last weekend and we told visitors that it would be featuring in September's Railway Modeller.

crewearpley40

two fabulous layouts but ollie thats a great backscene and well modelled.

The Q

A good month for the magazine and for me especially, as I model the MSWJR in EM (or am trying to get started on)  Hence the loco Drawings were helpful.
Arrived it the same post as the new book on the MSWJR... I have some reading to do..
