Just renewed my car insurance. Managed to get it for just £13 more than last year  they did want an extra £140 originally.

Which just goes to show how much they do care about their customers. Why should we even have to ask for a reduction? They should treat us as valued customers, not someone they can try and rip off at every renewal!
