Deluxe Materials Ballast Bond, whats it made of?

Hi all

For gluing ballast I rather like Deluxe Materials Ballast Bond and was wondering if anyone has found out what it is made of.

Its not just watered down PVA as it performs much better than  that, all I can say is  its super thin and super wet and dries mat with no discolouration of the ballast.

They don't have any safety documentation available so no hints as to what it is there (I am not sure but that might be braking safety Laws).  I assume its some sort of acrylic resin?

Anyone figured out what it is.
