New train shed

In the very near future I shall be getting a new bigger shed for my layout, but it is going to be located  next to the garage and a garden wall, so two sides will not be accessable once it is erected.   Do you have any recommendations as to the best wood treatment/waterproofing/sealing for these two sides which will last the life (10 years???) of the shed please? TIA.

Hi Im doing exactly the same as you...Shed arrives next week 

The company supplying and erecting the shed recommend Barretines shed paint, so im going to get them to paint it before
putting it up.
