I've found a sure-fire way to escape this madness.


I turn off the TV.

Why didn't I think of that?? Just got to figure where the off button is??

It is the red button on the remote control - no idea where it is on the actual television

Be careful there are three red buttons, one for Iplayer, one to switch off and one to record. If you pressed record you would be watching it until yo found out how to delete it lol.  Oh the joys of technology. 
Wish i could use the red button for the mods sometimes....only joking you lot before you ban me again...

Well now, I don't even have a TV and I'm aware of the insanity.  Possibly a change of planet?  Or, wait, I could go and get a TV so I can turn it off, that's a plan!

Which I avoided, though the latest Viz mag had a useful free election aid.....
