All the manufacturers of track will have packs of replacement joiners.  I usually keep a few joiners of other brands just in case, for example Fleischmann, Minitrix and some cheap Model Power joiners I found on ebay:

I needed to connect my Fleischmann turntable tracks to Peco code 55, so I used the Fleischmann joiners.  I actually had to grind away part of the middle T section of the Peco 55 to get the Fleischmann joiners to fit.
