In the garden yesterday

Whilst sweeping leaves from my lawn yesterday I found this little fellow resting in the grass.
     

He's not there this morning maybe this is why

He may have been an insul(ted ) frog. He wasn't three 'appy as I tried to sweep him away, initially thinking he was a pile of fox

One of the most eerie sounds I have heard was a Natterjack toad being chased by a cat.  It sounded like a child screaming, worse than a vixen.....

Btw the toad survived...

This morning in the garden the seagulls brought a picnic

But the Crow almost missed out



I hope the frog wasn't on the Menu. I expect he hopped off down the frog and toad.
