Whilst sweeping leaves from my lawn yesterday I found this little fellow resting in the grass.

He's not there this morning maybe this is why

Is he an electro or insul frog?

He may have been an insul(ted ) frog. He wasn't three 'appy as I tried to sweep him away, initially thinking he was a pile of fox :poop:

One of the most eerie sounds I have heard was a Natterjack toad being chased by a cat.  It sounded like a child screaming, worse than a vixen.....

Btw the toad survived...

This morning in the garden the seagulls brought a picnic

Even the Magpie joined in

But the Crow almost missed out

I hope the frog wasn't on the Menu. I expect he hopped off down the frog and toad.

Maybe I will make occasional 'Wildlife in the Garden' posts.

Today in a garden near me.

This chap must have had a restless night.

By Wednesday (1st November) I expect he will be more relaxed.  :dighole:

And not a Toad in sight.
