Just recently treated myself to one of these beauties to do the London to Brighton ride. It was brand new sold at half price on ebay!  :)

Now I'm jealous. My old heffer of a hybrid weighs almost as much as I do, and blue is my cycling colour too. I'd look good on this.  :heart2:

I have a Rocky Mountain MTB.  I do not like clip ins - fearful of not being able to get my feet off the peddles in time to avoid a crash!
Unfortunately due to work commitments, out of town a lot, do not do as much cycling as I would like to.
Where I live, Tokai, we have a good mountain bike trail but too steep a start for me, must improve my fitness.  Another problem is crime. There have been instances where cyclists on trails have been "relieved" of their bicycles  :'(

Saw some great railway action along the way!!

I think you have played a trump card there sir! Well done and top marks for flying the flag. What event was that?
My girls love watching indoor cycling; we've had some good family outings to Manchester and nowadays to Glasgow. I think it must be all those athletic bodies that attract them - sadly they seem not to get bitten by the cycling bug though.
I have a secret plan to lure them all to Belgium to a six day event. I doubt it will ever come to fruition though!

Cheers Donald,

that was at the Belgium International open in Ghent in 2013, was a cool event with cav racing the track for the first time in two seasons, martyn irvine, kenny deketel, steven burke to name but a few.

A six day would have been awesome to race. U should def get them over. Have they tried riding on the track? Its pretty cool! Depending on how old they are there are lots of clubs and access to the track

New member here, but cycling is my main pass time. Primarily a mountain biker but into bikes in general- I mostly ride on road these days and have a cross bike coming my way next month.

My main bike is a Specialized Stumpjumper Evo-

I also have a De Rosa Neo Primato, which now has Ultegra, nice 3T stuff rather than the ugly Bonty stuff and normal wheels-

I used to do a lot of endurance racing, but not so much anymore, maybe 3 a year-

These days my preferred riding is big mountain stuff-
