Title: Bachmann Farish Hawksworth and Bullied coaches
Post by: Caz on January 10, 2018, 06:52:49 PM
All my recent purchases of coaches have been either Dapol Collett or Dapol Maunsell as they have facilities for easy fitting of light bars.

As they cost so much, do either the recent Farish Hawksworth or Bullied coaches have similar facilities or is it case of a DIY job, I have a feeling they don't offer light bar fitting despite the cost.

TIA

None of the Farish coaches have a built-in lighting facility.

It wouldn't hurt GF to make any new coaches Dapol light-bar ready. Similarly it wouldn't have hurt Dapol to make their container spigots compatible with GF. the ones it does hurt are us. :veryangry:

Confirmed my suspicions thanks, just a shame that in this day and age Bachmann don't add a lighting facility.  They already have a N gauge carriage bogie with pickups in the Royal Mail coach that had side warning lights illuminated so they have the technology ready to go.   :(
