silly moo

My LT pannier tank will be en route to a friend in Luton but I will have to wait until September to see it. I could have had it sent to Africa but decided not to risk it as our posties have been misbehaving lately.

September will be like Christmas as I will collect a pile of model railway goodies hoarded for the last year. I am really looking forward to the N Gauge Show and will do a bit more shopping there.  It's lucky that I don't model O gauge or I'd never get onto the plane back home!

Four new locos in one day

I like the picture of your B17 and Hall Class, you have caught the light on the locos well

They should keep you busy for a while  ;)

cheers John.

L.94 has arrived on Sheaf! Will eventually undergo a few minor livery changes (electrification flashes etc) to make her match the preserved L.94

Friends, my newest acquisition:

Purchased from "Tank" alias Chris Parker.

Regards, Peter.

Very nice Peter, did you check his feedback score before buying  >:D  :smiley-laughing:  :smiley-laughing:  :smiley-laughing:

I have three Class 08 locos, there is something about them that appeals  :D

I shot a video of the first one I bought and turned a "woops" moment into a bit of fun, I hope it gives you a smile or two  ;)

cheers John.

John, I have no idea what his feedback score is nor how he gets it!

Anyway, thanks for the video, I enjoyed watching things happen!

Now for my next purchase.  I found the rather attractive Blue coaches in Germany and just had to have one which of course led to 2 and 3!

This the first one:

Made by Lima, I have to change the couplings but that should be interesting!

There is one more on it's way from Italy!

The Second one is by Minitrix, a Restaurant car on 6 wheel bogies.

Interesting rake, just for the heck of it!

Regards, Peter.

I know the 12 wheeler states it's a restaurant car, but I'm sure my schoolboy German tells me Schlafwagen means sleeping car :confused2:
