How do I post a layout plan pic from Anyrail??

How do I post a layout plan pic from Anyrail?? I've made a couple of plans which I'd like to post up and they are saved as an "anyrail" docs but I'm stuggling to get them into a post.

Apologies if this is in the wrong section. I've had a look though the image posting theads and can't find anything which helps

Go to File tab then click on 'Export as' and select picture. Make a note of where you saved it and then add it to the forum as any other picture.
