Saneham-Tey
« on: June 21, 2011, 09:25:33 pm »
This isn`t my layout but is owned by the Suffolk and North Essex area group of the N-Gauge society, of which i am a member, it is primarly an exhibition layout measuring 16ft by 3ft, however from time to time it is set up in a members double garage and we get to play.

Sorry about some of the photos not being too great, am still on a learning curve with photographing n-gauge stuff.

Been a while since we last posted anything, the group has been rather busy helping to run James St.
Since the previous pictures were taken the group has finished off the scenery on all boards. After several exhibitions we decided to extend the fiddle yard, we created a totaly new up fiddle yard (sixteen feet by eight inches with two linking boards approximately three feet by six inches) and are presently in the process of reconfiguring the old up/down fiddle yards into the down fiddle yard. The layout now measures sixteen feet by eight feet with a operating well in the middle, scenic side is approximately sixteen feet by two feet.
