And so this season is done, with the very sad news Julian Ryder has made his final broadcast in order to concentrate on 'other things'. I have always enjoyed his co-operation with Keith Huewen as Keith, being an ex racer, could speak with experience while 'Jules' corrected Keith's mistakes, provided much needed background/history and kept an eagle eye on the lap charts. It helps, of course, that Jules and I became interested in motorcycle racing at about the same age so have shared memories.
