That looks great. Is it speeded up?
It seems so....I had the loco at super slow speed.
So....i think I've now slowed it down on You Tube so should be better.

That's a huge improvement, Martin.
I so envy you the varied long run your trains have as opposed to the ovals that constitute my main lines :envy:

My 9 year old grandson is a great help with all of this believe it or not. He's a wiz with technology!
We're now trying again setting the camera at a slight angle so we hopefully see the scenery rather than straight ahead.
Unfortunately, the battery on the mini cam has died so it's currently on charge.

:hellosign: I think that`s not a bad video , I have bought one of these and if you have any tips on setting the camera up, please post them on here .  :thankyousign:
I just followed the instructions as bst I could.
The strange it is that one you've taken a video and watched it back it seems that I need to switch my iphone off and on again to re-establish the wifi connection between phone and camera.
I haven't so far worked out a way around that.
And of course you need to make the camera secure on whatever you sit it on. My first attempt resulted in it being too high causing a derailment at the first bridge!

Very good Martin it looks good quality for the price. I am not sure if I could get the camera car under my bridges though. I have just posted another video of my 7 camera, I only used a tempory light, it is a bit better than my first attempt. I plan on fitting some lights around the scenic section, then make another video and see what that is like.

Hi. Brilliant idea for on board video. I have purchased one of the cameras off of Ebay and set it up but keep getting a file error when trying to replay the video. It is saying it is saved as an mp4 but none of my programs are able to recognise it. Anyone else had this problem?

Try using VLC to play it. That plays every audio and video file under the sun.

I think that is just the radio transmitter bit. The camera is extra at about 25
click on the pic in that link goes to the Banggood site, where there is another link on that page to buy the combo,
ha! and as I revisited it just now the price of the camera module dropped to about 23 !
