spade connector leads

Just recieved this from a friend............. ::)


`Remember in the 1960's the likes of tri-ang had leads with a spade end on one end and a flat end on the other so you could loop it onto the terminals on the transformer?

Can you still get the loops that go onto the transformer terminals? No one seems to have heard of them.'


    ::) Thats all the info the guys given me so Ive done a copy/paste so that you know as much as me.
Hope someone can help and I will copy/paste the reply to him.......he is 00 gauge type only and I cant persuade him to come across to our enlightened side
