Don't forget, many of Fleischmann's releases of this SNCF broken nose loco model are erroneous, including both those currently on offer from DM

Any 'broken nose' B-B SNCF loco with a running number of 15051 and above, 7236  or above or 22227 or above is inaccurate, as the Fleischmann body represents the first generation of broken noses, with a more sharply raked back windscreen. (The more recent Minitrix version is more accurate in this regard.)

The nose shape was correct for the very first mouldings of this body shape that Fleischmann made (in the early 1970s...), in other words correct for their BB15001 and BB15006. The model of a BB7200, numbered BB7203, was OK for the nose shape, but the model was erroneous is many other ways, notably roof detail and the bodyside ventilation grille (which is inset instead of sitting proud of the bodyside)

I only said it was cheap, and I stand corrected on its accuracy!

Thanks for the post Railwaygun. They are some nice prices and I am not too fussed by the compromises.
