Oh heck... forgot about the cricket!

Then there's Tour de France, Wimbledon.....

You lot are supposed to be outdoors at this time of year! An Aussie mate of mine is in the UK for eight weeks, and by the look of the pics he sends, you've been having some good weather.

Anyway, back to Russia.... I saw the Peru-Denmark game today and found it very entertaining. Australia are up against Denmark next week.

He obviously hasn't visited Teesside.  :rain:

Back to the World Cup - I've got Serbia in the sweep at school. Another wasted gamble.

Cheers

Since the stupid American team didn't make it, I'm going for Iceland and Belgium.

Portugal/Spain - Incredible match!

Peru/Denmark - Really exciting match!

Morning scottmitchell74,

Now I'm not a moderator but think that they can dish out yellow cards. Rooting for Belgium you say. Potential forum membership renewal maybe discussed a week on Thursday  :D

Seriously, great result for Iceland. Never met one but they seem like lovely people so I'm going for them too (and England obviously).

Enjoy the games. Keeps the mind off the Orioles. The Giants have hit a big pile of whatever recently as well.

Cheers weave  :beers:

Really pleased for Iceland (especially as Hordur Magnusson was playing - he of Bristol City).
Re the battle of the giants - Ronaldo v Messi, it was a No contest.
Loving it so far.
I'll get round to fixing it drekkly me 'ansome.

But sadly for you the many many England fans more than gleefully do!!
Mechanical issues can be solved with a hammer and electrical problems can be solved with a screw driver. Beyond that it's verbal abuse which makes trains work!!

Glad Switzerland have equalised as it might make Brazil shift up a gear from 'turgid' ::)
