This very forum for one. 
For vids I used Dropbox but I think they may be charging, too, although they've said nowt to me about it.

Yep, just add image and upload to gallery.

YouTube for videos.

I often upload photos to RMWeb and then link to them as it is pretty straight forward.

I have also started linking to my Google cloud storage. It is a bit more roundabout to get the links than Photobucket but can be done and is free with unlimited storage.
