Arnold Signal Question
« on: March 31, 2017, 09:13:34 pm »
Hi Folks,

I've just got hold of an Arnold Gleissperrsignal (model number 7623). The instructions are slanted towards using it with Arnold switches, power, etc and I've no idea whether it should be run off AC or DC. The only vague clue is on the packaging where it makes reference to '14-16 V'. Does anyone know if that's alternating, direct or could even be either..?  ???

Ta!

These are ones with small bulbs rather than LEDs I think?  In which case it'll probably work on either AC or DC.

[edit]
1991 Arnold catalogue says "signal connection: alternating current 14-16V"

This is for all the 76xx signals
