I have found using the built in Seep switch or with Peco the add on switch very fiddley to set up correctly.  In the end I used DCC Concepts Masterswitch V2, these have a built in cd unit and solder pads for frog switching. Unfortunately these seem to be no longer available from the manufacturer but you may be able to find them in some dealers or at a Toy Fair, I managed to get four brand new ones recently in unopened packages for 20.
