Ladies and Gentlemen,

Talking to said Mr. Stoll at the Stuttgart show over the weekend, he was very excited about the whole thing.  More money to invest in more exclusive Modellbahn Union models.  Hope it works out, as both outfits are good businesses.

I managed not to spend any money at either, though.  I nearly bought the new Arnold US SW1 switcher at DM-Toys, though, felt pleased with myself, then blew about the same sum on a blue-and-grey Brighton Belle.

Never mind, that's railways for you.....

Hello there,

I needed some Tomix finetrack, Tomy trams and various other Tomy and Kato parts over the summer (we have installed a tram line on the extension to Horseley Fields, the NGS Northants and Cambs area group layout) and Heiko was incredibly helpful.  I was very impressed with the attention to detail and customer service.

Here is the track in position...

Good luck to you all with this venture.

cheers

Ben A.

Dear modelrailway and modelkit fans,

Quite a few of you will already know the news, and for all the others we are happy that we can confirm them: Modellbahn Union is now a part of DM-Toys. Nothing will change for you! The Modellbahn Union GmbH is and will be an independent company with own Onlineshop. In addition we now have access to the DM-Toys ressources when it comes to distribution and exhibitions on trainshows, as well as to the Flagship shop in Domrtund.

We will delight you with more exclusive products, new and own production in N & HO and with extensive additions of "exotic" products to our range. Stay excited!

And all this will already start at Warley this coming weekend, with over 20 special comissioned products by Dapol for Modellbahn Union and an interesting selection of models throughout all scales.

With best regards
Heiko Stoll and the team of Modellbahn Union GmbH

Web-site Merger

Dear customers,

today we would like to inform you about some changes regarding our onlineshop and stores.

Because of the huge success of both the Modellbahn Union product range and the DM-Toys onlineshops and stores we have decided to make some changes to our online shop systems. We are focussed on providing the maximum for you on selection, service and enjoyment when visiting our internet pages and stores. To achieve this we have decided to merge our three onlineshops into two bigger ones, since because of the rapidly increasing demand we cannot provide a service level with three shops that you are right to expect from us.

This means that the Modellbahn Union N gauge range, both our own production models and the import assortment (Tomix, Modemo, Kato, Dapol, Graham Farish, Microace etc.) will be moved into the N gauge shop at www.dm-toys.de This will make sure that you have the right source of information for your prevered gauge right from the start, and that you can choose among more then 10000 available products, far beyond the exisiting Modellbahn Union onlineshop selection. Our shops in Dortmund and Sevelen will display a wide range of products of the original Modellbahn Union range. In addition you can choose to pickup any product ordered through the onlineshop in our shops in Dortmund, Kamen and Sevelen.
Your well known experts will still be responsible for the production of Modellbahn Union products and for hosting the imported product range. The number of products will raise significantly in all areas.

The product range in HO, OO and O (Dapol, Bachmann, Rapido, Kato, Oxford etc.) will still be available at www.modellbahnunion.com. To achieve this, Modellbahn Union will take over the new shop of DM-Toys, that can be found at www.dm-toys.net . This means that you will have access to over 11000 immediately available products in HO, OO, O, 1, G, Z and much more. The presentation of a large selection of our known products in these scales will be in our shop in Dortmund, where you can also pick up all products that are listed at www.modellbahnunion.com.
All these scales will see a significant raise in terms of available and upcoming products as well.

In addition Modellbahn Union will stay our brand for our own and exclusively developed products.

Our store in Kamen will soon become the homebase for our large scales. All O, 1 an G scale models listed at www.modellbahnunion.com will be in stock there.
At the moment the shop in Kamen is closed due to refurbishment, we will communicate the new opening times soon.

Moving our products in the onlineshops and in our stores should be completet by July 31st, we thank you in advance for your patience.

If you have any questions, please let us know via the usual methods of communication.

with best regards

Your Modellbahn Union Team

mit freundlichen Grüßen

Heiko Stoll
