Concrete sleepers are too heavy - use plastic ones

For Peco at least the wooden ones have a grain on them and are thicker, the concrete has the differing shape. I'm not sure its a huge deal which you do - the concrete ones really need painting to get away from the 'plastic concrete' look they have.
