A colleague at work pointed me towards an interesting film released on the BBC recently as we were talking about my situation with the offshore industry and my distrust of what's happening globally with oil these days.  I strongly feel there's something going on at the moment nobody's really telling us about but that's a different matter.

I do make the following caveats though...
I did not think it was a particularly easy movie to follow, the cinematography is a bit difficult / confusing at times and it can jump around a bit
It's supposed to expose cover-ups surrounding the Middle East and Afghanistan -but I think the director is perhaps guilty of only showing his side of the story also and you could probably find the history easy enough if you were so inclined

...never the less, there's really not much I find worthwhile on TV these days so might as well watch something intellectual if it comes up.  I'm not really a conspiracy theorist but this was an interesting movie to have watched so thought I'd mention it here if you are interested. Those outside the UK may possibly find it available elsewhere on  :censored: tube, but I don't know because I haven't checked -honest ::)

Hope you find it of interest if you do watch it.

Equally interesting and newer offering from Mr Curtis (I'm only 1/3rd through it proper)...

...sounds interesting.  Do tell sometime please (apart from the football bit as I hate football ).
