Is that an announcement or a wishlist?

I think the "or" gives it away. :D

...sometimes the dog bites you!

I can explain it to you...

Any idea what time the announcement will be made?

Well, working on their usual timescales, they said it will be tomorrow, so...

...I'm guessing about June?
Just as soon as the container arrives from China?

That would have to be a new tooling though, not just a re-livery of the current model... The current model is strictly a de-streamlined example which can only legitimately wear LMS Post-war Black or BR liveries. There are significant visual differences to the examples that were never streamlined...

Details are here, but if you are a transition fan don't get excited. If this is everything, it wasn't worth the wait or frothing.

No massive surprises here. The retooled Class 158 will be very welcome and the 450 is finally making an appearance as a RTR model - Mystic Adam strikes again  :D

What's all this shouting? There's nothing for me here! (Thank you, League of Gentlemen)
Well, apart from a 6 car Western Pullman in blue which I'd have to sell off my Midland Pullman to be able to afford :'(

Shiney Sheff

Well, that certainly wasn't worth waiting for, nothing there for me at all.

Indeed Roy, indeed. But there is another run of n classes possibly one southern green but sadly for me dcc sound so out of budget or need.

My prayers have been answered with a re tooled, cut away cab 47. Thank you Farish!! No interest though in Colas, but sweet for stripping and respraying into RFD euro, Swallow or RES etc. Very happy to see the 158 is going ahead! That's it for me.

At least I predicted the "Crewe cut" 47s, but wasn't expecting a 158 to be announced this year.

Considering how many class 350s remain unsold and at bargain prices, I wasn't expecting the class 450 version to appear, in a livery that'll disappear quite soon.

It'll be interesting how many takers there'll be for the Midland Pullman in reversed blue/grey livery.
