I think it took about 5 to 6 hours to assemble the modules.
Dismantling was faster about 2 to 3 hous.

Hello,

a few weeks ago I decided to lengthen my main platform at Uig, at the moment I could use three coach trains when the loco should be able to run around the train, if these is not necessary a five coach train is possible, with the lengthening five to seven coach trains are possible. Here are the pictures.

Last week my Dapol Class 26 arrived, today I managed to fit the DCC Chip, and these evening I made a short movie.

That's smashing, Markus. It really looks at home in that rugged scenery. I love the 'misty' backscenes too.
One question though - is it possible to shorten the coupling between the loco and leading coach? Thanks

Hello Phil,

yes the Class 26 is a good looking engine. But it is not very easy to remove the body from the chassis, because it's a tight fit. And the wires to the lightning boards are getting easily disconnected.

Terrific layout, lovely scenics, few more steamers and would be perfect, guess for the modern fans I'm just a BOF!
