Help with software

Help wanted

I am currently in the throws of trying to design a small pcb for manufacture. I am using Eagle software which seems reasonably easy to get round, but I am having trouble in completing the board layout in terms of component and connections.

Does anyone out there have any knowledge of this prg or alternatively know of other software I can use. It must capable of producing "gerber files" for the manufacturer to work from. I have a completed schematic of the working circuit.
