RailGooner

Deluxe Materials Glue Buster works for me.

For super glue, hot water works. Ask any nurse !

Karhedron

Freezing also makes it brittle which can help. What needs debonding?

I want to remove a tiny bit of superglue on a loco body side

Dr Al

Acetone is basically the constituent of most superglue debonders, so nail varnish remover will do the same job.

But you'll need to watch it doesn't dissolve paintwork below.

Also get it wet and use the ice expanding frost effect.

i'll try the freezer first

its only a tiny bit of glue, i'll just make the area concerned damp and then put it in the freezer overnight...
